30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it;
Unworn or unused;
With tags attached;
In its original packaging; and
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions, including where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any quality-related issue caused during shipping, Ovris will cover the return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at admin@ovris.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
Custom or personalized products;
Personal care goods (such as beauty products);
Hazardous materials;
Flammable liquids or gases.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

Unworn or unused;
In their original packaging;
With tags attached; and
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
